Talons of Escaping

Hi,

I just returned after a long multi-year absence. I have the Talons of Escaping that need repairing but I cannot find anything in game or on the boards that point me in the right direction. Any help is appreciated.

Talons are footwear. I only have boots of escaping so can't test, but they should be repairable with tailoring
