Tallies or shields with SDI?

Are there any talismans or totems or even shields that offer SDI? I am trying to get as much SDI as possible w/o using jewel or armor slots. I have a spellbook that offers +30, but I am hoping to go higher. Also, what is the max on that? I know that in PvP its +15, right?

PvP SDI is capped at 15%, PvM there is no cap.

As far as i'm aware there are no shields/talisman's that offer SDI unfortunately. To maximize SDI is one of those things you gotta throw on for the end mob/boss.

That's the best way to maximize your spell damage output. There's another post somewhere talking about the different items that offer SDI and how high you can get.
