A swordsman uses his sword and a bird slayer talisman to fight swoop. He receives a damage bonus.
Does the same hold true for pets?
To my way of thinking (which is likely flawed), my pet is like the swordsman's sword, so shouldn't the pet receive the damage bonus from my talisman? Seems logical to me, but is that really the case? If I have my tamer use a bird slayer talisman against swoop, am I getting any benefit from it or not?
