Talisman slayer properteis stack with weapons?

I was curious... I've seen these Conjurer's Trinkets around, and that they have the undead slayer property... And I was thinkin', hey, it'd be cool if that stacked with an undead slayer weapon.

Also, I have one that's an Ice slayer.. And I noticed it doesn't improve my damage vs arctic ogre lords, white wyrms or ice fiends.

So what's the story? Do slayer/killer properties from talismans stack with weapon properties? If so, what all slayer properties are available on talismans?
