I just got a this item on a Heartwood Quest.

Talisman Of Damage Removal
Weight: 1 Stone

It does not say anything else or have any other properties. Does anybody know what this does and how it works? I would have expected it to have a charge count or something.

When a talisman doesn't have a charge count it should recharge every 1200 or 1800 seconds, I believe. I have a talisman without any mods at all, which doesn't seem common but I suppose it is still possible.
