its very useable but not one of the top tier pieces. like i would probably use hunters headress, those bracers of alchemy for fcr, and a 1/3 50 ep ring. or just go with non-max ep, which is possible on smaller shards. atlantic you really need the 50 ep.

id say its worth between 10 and 30m. at least thats what i would pay for it if building an archer mage at that gear level.
