The rating there is Pinco's system which I don't quite understand. The one thing I can say is pets consistently rate much lower in his system than they would with the PPC.

Not sure what you are saying. Pinco's UI rates it at 3.8, the PPC rates it at 4.3 (I always rated them as fully trained - sometimes that makes the rating higher, sometimes lower). But it doesn't matter, the dragon has been sold.
