Tailor BODs, bribing, and which are junk

So, if I'm understanding things correctly:

10/15 cloth normal BODs are useless, bribe them all up to 20.
All exceptional cloth BODs are useless except for Town Crier set. Fill and hand in to reset timer.
All leather/bone BODs are worth keeping as they can be bribed into some combination that will give a runic.
Not a single SBOD is worth handing in outside of an LBOD from a reward standpoint.

Is the above accurate?

Check the Tower of Roses site or the Stratics BOD calculators for which BODs gives which rewards.
It all depends on what you´re hoping to get.

Looking for runics, and I suppose CBDs aren't terrible.

I did check ToR and my conclusion was in my first post. Did I summarize accurately, or will my assumptions cost me some useful BODs?

what the hell you want runics for? imbueing and shame loot stuff is way better when combined.
Dont get the Bo wrong the Bo is sitting on a ton of runics hoping they bump up the intensities.

Runics = Reforging.
Reforging = Intensities over cap.
Intensities over cap = easier to fill in gaps of Shame loot.

you will find that reforging is completely inaccurate, meaning it is too hard to get what is actually needed. it's just easier to fill gaps with imbued piece(s).

The main thing I'm trying for is easily disposable luck suits. From what I read, 150 luck is reasonably easy to get on a piece, then just imbue the rest up

Doesn't need to be powerful but 1100 luck from armor + swords of prosp, in easily replaceable form, sounds nice.

20/X/dull and 10/15/X/shadow can yield POF which sells pretty well. Those are pretty much the only ones that I ever turn in.
