is there any info about tactics over 100? uo.com seems to have no specifics and stratics only shows the stats for up to 100, are there any calculators? one with anatomy too would be nice

tactics not really useful for the 20 points over 100, very minor damage boost of a point or 2, same with anatomy. Keeping them at 100 and putting those 40 points into another skill is vastly better than the 120 in each.
I had 120 tactics/120 anatomy and 60 focus, then dropped to 100/100/0 and picked up 100 bushido on my archer. Vastly superior.
