Unfortunately, I couldn't reactivate my account so I'm starting from scratch. I have a Treasure Hunting Bard in the making, and getting my other characters underway shortly (I like to role-play). I'm looking for not only people to play with but maybe some help getting back into the swing of things. A lot has changed and I just want to make sure I'm maximizing the potential for my experience here. I am equally interested in PvP and PvM, as well as role-playing good and evil characters.

why can't you reactivate your account? have you forgotten the password?

if you do, you may try to call to the EA support.

I just joined back for a month, I have stopped playing for like 5 years.

When I tried to login my acc on uo website, I figured out I have forgotted my password.
Unfortunately the e-mail address I used to register has already been suspended.
I spent about a month but cannot make it through
so I called the EA support for my last hope (I couldn't find my serial number of UO though......)

I called and explained my situation, he asked me a few questions but it doesn't match to the record.
Then finally he started from the beginning, using my personal details to search for the account, and I figured out that I didn't just forget the password, I didn't even remember my login!!

Then that guy tell me my correct login, and after verifying my details, he also told me my password.

I am so glad I can use my old account.
