Switching Japanese UO Interface back to English.

Can somebody help me get my interface back to English? I'll explain. I had this problem before and I know the fix is really simple. When my game loads up it loads into the Japanese user interface, kanji and all that.

I know there is a folder with a setting which will instruct the English interface to load but I forgot the folder and setting I had to switch. It's just a blurb of text that I need to switch. Anybody have any ideas here?

I cannot remember now.

Checking my uo.cfg file, all that I find are translator settings. (I have mine all turned off). I'm pretty sure that you're right - there's an easy fix somewhere, but I cannot recall where!

Maybe this answer in the Knowledgebase will help: http://support.ea.com/cgi-bin/ea.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=475. However, I think the character folders are now under Documents and Settings\[Administrator or other Windows user name]\My Documents\EA Games\Ultima Online Legacy\User Data\[account name]\[shard name]\[character name]. Open the uo.cfg file with any text editor program and find the line you need to change and then save it. As noted in the Q&A, do it while you are not playing UO and the character you changed.

The following other Q&A in the Knowledgebase lists other changes you can make to a characters uo.cfg file: http://support.ea.com/cgi-bin/ea.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=276.

That did it! Thanks for the help. I haven't played UO in over a year. My poor shop is beat to smithereens. Hopefully I'll be playing at least semi-regularly soon.
