[Discussion] swamp???

i had purchased 2 cubes of (swamp) off a vendor when u lock them down they bubble up like the swamp, i havent played in a while did they come out as a reward or are they the "bugged" rares and are they legal? thank in advance..

From champ spawns, replica deco items. Can get them from rat spawns or the tokano spawn and one other i think
