Nothing, after you've succesfully added all the ingredients, a random mechanical creature will appear and immediately disappear with the message "training clockwork fails and the creature vanishes" and the Completed Clockwork Assembly will appear in your backpack. Just set the Completed Clockwork Assembly as a quest item and return to Sutek. If you fail to add the required ingredients in time, just resign the quest from the quest gump to take it again.
