The question is whether these plates have always been available and no one ever found them or were they added some time.
Someone had found them on LS back when the Six were attacking and was bragging about it at one of the battles.. not saying what or where it was they had found. Just that they had "found a new daily rare" and were amassing them to sell at a later date. I honestly thought he was lying.
