Support Email... Quick question.

I am having an account issue where I Can not log into my account from several years ago...

I have emailed [email protected] and [email protected]

Both of those say they do not accept email, is there an actual support email that I can email and get a response? I cant use the EA forms cause I cant login.

There is something about older accounts needing to have an underscore added before the account name to access them on EA.

Maybe someone with an older account could confirm this in case I am wrong.

You can contact the GMs and EAReps at http://ea.custhelp.com Just create your account and petition your question after you select a game/platform/subsection. Usually takes a few days to hear back.
