No need to raise dex and lower int or str.

The simple solution lies in either a twilight lantern or a spellchanneling fishing pole and you will be wrestling at 1.25 sec even though you have 10 dex/stamina.

Buy 40 Wrestling from the Mage building in new haven.

Goto Jhelomn pits and hire a 6gp wrestling npc and train up to 65.

After reaching 65 hire a 8gp wrestler npc and train to 80-85

After that it is summon demon wrestling to legendary.

Or just get a golem. Train to 50 with accelerated gains in haven, jewels to 70ish, stand on same tile as golem and he wont take damage. Watch a movie/play Starcraft II beta or something meanwhile.
With fishing pole equipped of course.
