[Spellweaving] Summon Fey Quest for Reds?

I been looking for intel on Summon Fey Quest for reds for a while now.
Dunno why I been unable to find it. either its not existing at al or I´m just blind...
Been checking out sanctuary quests aswell, but couldnt find it.

Reds can't do the Summon Fey quest as it doesn't exist in Fel.

Reds can do the Summon Fiend quest from Sanctuary.

If you already had the Summon Fey quest done before you went red you can still use them however *I think* they will sometimes attack you for being negative karma.

I tried a book which had the summon fey spell in it on a character that hadn't done a quest and that doesn't work either. It's linked to your completion of the quest.
