Add the "friend of fey" quest to an accessible fel npc.

Make it considerably more difficult than the trammel version if needed.

I agree.... I'd rather not have to start a blue all over just to do this quest BEFORE going red, but since reds can effectively have it.. why not make it possible to do the quest AFTER becoming red too?

Or just adjust the summoned imps to be equal to summoned pixies. Then they wouldn't have to add another quest giver etc...
