Spellweaving is a bit more trickier to work out than Magery, Necro etc......
I'm 99.9% sure it should be 75.5 skill to cast those 100% of the time.

How did you come up with 78?
Spellweaving wasn't designed to follow the Mage/Necro rule of minimum skill + 40 = 100% casting rate
Or did you reach it by some other calculation?

I got it from http://www.guain.it/uoutility/
but just checked it and it does appear to be wrong
then I checked uoguide and it says 37.5 + min to cast (24.1) and that would be 61.6 now I have a head ache what formula did you use
Yeah thats the calculation i've been using (Same one on the UO website)
But i was using a 38 minimum skill start.

which is correct, although 38.1 should technically be used.
