We have had quite the Toontastic summer filled with Toon fun -- from the launch of our Toontown Improvement Project, to the "Design a Party Decoration" contest, and the "Party Like a Toon" Sweepstakes. Then we had a blast with a 16-day long Summer Fireworks Extravaganza, some awesome game updates, and our Toontastic new Toon Parties releases (that the Cogs tried to take away).
