Something "indoors" would look kind of weird as no glitterball, music, ect. but perhaps somewhere like Twin Oaks Tavern in Ilshnear?
Perhaps go down the "mid summers ball" route and hold it outside, a nice outdoor area like Trinsic Park or another nice "woodland" area?
