What exactly does a fire horn do though ... you blow into it and it makes ... fire? Or, what the ****? It's categorized as an "area spell," but it doesn't seem like a traditional "spell." I think they are more like potions.

Instead of a 1% chance to break, each fire horn should hold at least 25 charges. Maybe they can also be "repaired" by alchemists in order to recharge them (could require an essence of passion maybe and/or 100 ash to fill them back up to 25).
I guess the timer should be universal, maybe the same time it takes to recast Spirit Speak. Although, dexterity should help bards out in some way or another. Maybe something like a +10% PVM damage increase w/ 80+ dex? More stamina, bigger flame? ;P
It would also be cool if there were some horns for other damage types, like Frosted Horn or Noxious Horn.
