If you are making an item (bottle of ichor, flour mill, various carpentry addons, void orbs, etc) that requires two skills (one primary and one secondary - like alchemy and magery, or carpentry and tinkering) and you put on a talisman to increase your chances, the success chance in the menu does not show the right number and is not calculating correctly.
