Here's a recap of our little fight today.
He's one tough monster, I'd recommend archers and dexers.. *although you are gonna be looking at his belly alot if you are a dexer.. it's warm under there!* He seems to dispel mage based stuff really fast, pets will be dead in 1-2 hits. Not sure if you can stand in there and heal pets. I doubt it. I doubt bards will have any luck. think he's 160 difficulty. Necros.. not certain as we didn't have any, but if you rock at necro/archery that might not be a bad combo.. just watch the spawn out front.. negative karma players will get their butts handed to them.
Lots of deaths, but there's an ankh inside with him for rezzing. We had a healer on duty, which was very helpful. I went from Glorious to Great if that gives you an idea.
He sucks your stamina big time! 50 percent every time you hit... so pots are a must! There's no cross healing, he moves too much.
He has a nice meteor storm type of special affect.. dozens of meteors hit all around you.. then turn to fire flames all over the floor. they didn't seem to do much damage, unless you were down to your last few points.
He hits hard. Best be prepared to react to getting 50-75 damage per hit, even with full resist suits. He's slow though, so there aren't a whole lot of fast second hits to insta kill you.
Some of the nicer drops.. Head of Stygian Dragon.. beautiful artwork.. looks like deco piece to be mounted.. and the Life Syphon.. garg only fence wep. Loot on corpse had fairly decent mods, decent enough for artificers to gather or imbuing.
