Stygian Dragon Drops

Just started doing the Stygian Dragon and was wondering about the drops...

The guide says it drops multiple items :
Shields (3 different ones)
Couple swords
Mystic Spellbook
Burning Amber
Draconis Wrath

Is there any other rare type items that fall from the dragon (items similar to a slither rarity)? Seems like the burning amber and draconis wrath must be the rarest from the list as I have yet to get one of those in about 12 runs.

Also do all the items fall into the packs of the attackers or can you find drops on the dragon itself?

burning amber and Wrath are the two rarest. After hundreds of stygy kills, ive only gotten 3 ambers and 2 wraths.
The amber ring is imbuable so can be made somewhat nice, the draconis wrath is more a trophy than a great artie weapon.


I usually got items in pack but there were a few drops that were on the dragons body.

They ever fix where drops show up on the ground in the champ spawn area when they happen? Not sure that was an issue with the bosses.

The most sought after drop from the Stygian Dragon is the Fallen Mystic's Spell Book.

Burning Amber Ring, and Draconi's Wrath are the two "rare" drops, most of these SA peerless only have two-direct to pack "rare drops".

Navrey - Night-Eyes & Tangle.
Slasher - Lavalier & Mangler.
Stygian Dragon - Burning Amber & Draconi's Wrath.
Medusa - Slither, Venom, Medusa Floor Tile, & Medusa Statue.

Those are the rare drops for each SA peerless (3.0 SoT's can drop in-place of a rare item as well on each one of these peerlesses)

The other artifacts drop often, and are worth 5k turn-ins per item.

Navrey is the only one that doesn't have minor artifacts that drop direct-to-pack.

All SA bosses can drop other SA artifacts (they would be looted from the bosses corpse)
most of them are gargoyle only though. except the Token of Holy Favor (bracelet) I could be missing other Human/Elf-usable-Artifacts though that fit in to the "looted-artifacts"...
