Stygian Abyss?

Hey Im trying to figure out how to acquire the stygian abyss xpac and it appears as if its going to be free? or is already free? i cant find anywhere on the store to buy an upgrade key and when I google the subject it comes up with posts from october 2017 about it becoming free and then others saying it would be free when the next xpac is released..can anyone clarify for me please? thank you in advance.

ps. trying to get back into the game so any info helps

The next "big thing" is Endless Journey, which makes me think of the nocturnal wanderings of another elderly gent I know.
In any case, it's currently in test mode on TC1. Once the tests are complete, it'll go live to all shards, and that's apparently when you'll get Abyss added to your account.
Right now, all you can do is wait.
