Stygian Abyss upgrade for players outside USA / Europe?

What can I do? The EA store isn't an option and uogamecodes.com gives an error code #23 (address or postcode does not match billing details -- complete rubbish).

Lodged a support ticket asking what my options are, and it's been over 36 hours without a response.

Has anyone from Australia or anywhere outside the USA and Europe managed to upgrade, and how?

Some help would be really appreciated.

A friend of mine from Australia made multiple purchases last night (her morning) using the uogamecodes.com site. You may have to give it another try, I don't think there's another way outside of calling EA.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah, I've tried multiple times... guess the site just doesn't like my card. No problems purchasing elsewhere, though, so I don't know what the issue is. But at least other Aussies are able to get through.

Would be nice if EA support got around to my ticket, then!

Are you using IE? Some people have had success with firefox, after getting errors on uogamecodes.

Still, I'm very disappointed at the non-existent customer service and Dalek like community co-ordination.

I can't get purchased upgrade code since first minutes of expansion launch.
Near 60 hours already =\

I got the same problem (Europe here) - can't order from uogamecodes.com (error #31) and won't buy from the EA store, because it doesn't let me buy more than 1 copy of UO:SA upgrade :-I

Contacted EA support now, let's see how long I'll have to wait...
