Simple question.

If I upgrade to SA do I get all the previous housing tile and creation options?

You don't get the crystal and shadow tile options. Those were especially released with the 9th anniversary edition. You'll get all the other tiles, however.

Yes that's correct, I dont think much of the crystal/shadow tiles though, Isn't a major loss.
