I thought we got a race change to gargoyle token with the upgrade to Stygian abyss. I just upgraded and dont see any tokens?

so how do people become a gargoyle who didnt buy early?
Either buy/get a token from a vet player that has one (there are a cpl about) or buy it from th UO-Shop
Or make a new character!
Thanks kelmo but i should have 2 left somewhere. What I really want is to change from a gargoyle back to a human which I've not found any information on how to do. As a gargoyle I cant ride my blue beetle when mining, my fire beetle now looks at me funny when i try to smelt stuff on him and he wont smelt for me. I cant find gargoyle armor for earrings, necklace, and bracelets for sale. I made a major mistake transforming my charactor to a gargoyle to begin with.

I am not positive - but I think you can do the Elf to Human Quest and turn from Gargoyle to Human.
I've not done it either bit that is also my understanding.
Yeap! I've done it several times, going from Garg is Quest, need token to get back to Garg.
Well I tried the human to elf quest that didnt work, guess I should of done elf to human.
Hmm, are you sure? Granted, I haven't done it for a while, but I highly doubt is has changed. when you went back to the Person in Moonglow were you not flying and naked? Otherwise it will fail, you have to be completely naked and non-mounted to change. The wandering person tells you that but it's only text above their avatar, not a system type message.
Edit: You should be able to go back to Moonglow, naked and unflying and get the gump to change again. And are you certain you completed all the quests? [ie: did you get the change gump?]

ya i did come in there with armor on and realized i needed to be naked, so I took everything off in a different facet, logged off then logged back in went back to moonglow and nada. Although I might of been in flying mode, I'll try it again tonight and make sure im not in flying mode.
If you haven't done it again, I can confirm it works. I just did it about 30 seconds ago.
ya I noticed that the bear that you give the fishsteaks quest was still in my journal. I'm not sure why, I did the quest he took the fishsteaks. I had to go get more fishsteaks to do the quest again. So I'm back to human again.

The bear only takes one type of fishsteaks... I forget if they are cooked - or uncooked. That might be the issue.
