Stygian Abyss for new account ?

If someone want to get a new account now, Stygian Abyss is not on the store currently so, Anyone know where it is still possible to get it ?

When Endless Journeys is released, all accounts will be upgraded to Stygian Abyss for free. Just hang tight. Should be coming in the next month or two

Also, you can enter the Underworld and Abyss already, even if you aren't upgraded. You can recall or gate to Ter Mur as well. You just can't get there via house teleporters or public moongates yet..
