I just noticed my reply/post was time-stamped 5 hours ahead of my current time (Central). That put's the stratics servers in Casablanca?

Make sure you have the correct time zone selected in the user control panel. Telling the server you're in a different time zone than you really are will cause the timestamps to adjust to that time zone instead of your real one.
User CP>Settings & Options: Edit Options>Date & Time Options.
