I've looked and either I'm looking in the wrong places or the info is not out here. I'm trying to find out what an exceptional spellbook or runebook does vs a normal one. Anyone?

It gives you the option, if you'r gm inscribe, of having your name on it - maker's mark.
and on a runebook from memory it give you a few more charges.. i think..
