25 or more total stats is on the high end - (getting to 30 total or more stats the piece will most likely be a "no name" for example it'll just be called "studded gloves" or something, no "arcane of haste") - if you ever get a piece that has no name and is legendary, take a real good look at it, might be worth something
10 stam (8 is max for imbuing, 10 is considered "overcap") - generally speaking archers look for this to get to cap swing speed
studded - remove mage armor and you get overcapped lmc (+ an additional 3 lmc for studded non-mage armor)
has lmc - everyone needs (8 is high, 10 is "overcapped")
has mana regen (low) - everyone needs
has no low resists - easy to fit into a suit
So while anyone can use this, most likely someone with a bow is gona buy it. If it had higher mana regen (3-4) it would pull in more money, then replace stam regen with hit point regen and you get even more money
Nice piece overall
*NOTE: While I said there is a cap for imbuing, reforging can also go above cap.
