stuck vendor

I have a vendor in the moving crate of my keep (ran out of rent gold), I can not dismiss it due to it having items on it. It will not let me view the items either..it says 'take a look..' but the pack does not open. Anyone had this happen? Any ideas on how to fix it?

Right Click you house sign once and select the retrieve vendor or whatever option (if it was your vendor)
