stuck vendor

I have a vendor in my keeps moving crate (ran out of rent gold). It will not allow me to dismiss it due to having items on it, but it will not show items either. Anyone have this happen before? Any ideas on how to fix this?

If you single click on the sign on the house ,it will let you recover the items
or if not your vendor it will tell you how many more hours they have to recover it. After that it is yours
