Stuck in Holy City ?

I finally made it here and marked a rune. Ive done the quest but am told that " I have nothing for you right now " by the npc. I brought my crafter here using the rune to complete the first quest and was given the next quest with no problem. (huh?)
My first char could return through the hall of kings but then returned later and couldnt pass the energy field just inside the first room. Ive tried the levers on the walls but Im unsure if theyre doing anything but unlocking the chambers in the other room.
I didnt see anything relevant in the walk through as it tells me how to get here but Im SOL beyond that. Can someone direct me to this info? I wasnt fully prepared and ran for my life most of the way .

Just a question about the Shade of Tyball. When I reached the room off the map there was a guy there farming him over and over. Once he killed it I received the last key. Is this a difficult monster? I wouldve loved to try defeating him myself, but it looks like Ill never get the chance. It looks like Swoops all over again. Another thing I had to wait in line for and just gave up on. Shouldnt there be some sort of limit on this since its part of the RPing storyline? I mean at least teleport the last player out so the next guy could try.
Any tips about the abyss dungeon regarding weapons or armor would help thanks.

Everyone probably knows already but in case they dont;
bring a crappy weapon to kill the slugs while obtaining the first key because they destroy the durability on weps. Do not use an imbued weapon for obvious reasons.
The walkthrough says to just cast EVs but I doubt everyone can cast them so youll have to get down a dirty with them.

all depends on your template m8 then people will try help you

the quest guy for the last key is easy killed and get that robe from so yeah same as whole uo people camp it to make a quick qiud or two

Only to mention ....
If you dont want to fight inside the abyss/tombs of kins/underworld you dont need the quests anymore. There is a moongate near Ter-Mur which is connected to all other moongates in the world.
