What device are you using to try to view these in?
Phone?
Tablet?
Computer?
Which browser are you using?
The reason I ask which one you are having issues on, it may depend on the browser and stylesheet that displays the page. Some tablets and phones wont display things correctly because they dont have a stylesheet if you are trying to view it in a browser.
If using Google chrome
Step 1: Open the Google Chrome Browser.
Step 2 : Install RSS plugin ,click https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/rss-subscription-extensio/nlbjncdgjeocebhnmkbbbdekmmmcbfjd?hl=en
Step 3: You will get the plugin to install page. Click install.
Step 4: Now click on RSS feed link and check. It should work.
There is something you can install if you are using Firefox but can't recall atm what it is.
