Stratics log-in issues

Why is it showing me logged in to my stratics acct on some pages, but not others? When I click log in on those pages, it doesn't do anything. Since I use classic style I have different colored pages on the ones I'm not logged in to.

I'm getting that as well. Not sure if it matters but this is happening on my phone.

Its happening to me as well, on both MS Edge on a PC and Chrome on a tablet.

ya, on Uhall its showing me logged out and not letting my log in, but i come into this thread and i got my classic color back and im logged in, go back into Uhall and im logged out.

I had the same thing this morning too, I cleared my browser cache and it's working again. It's not the first time either, happened a couple of months ago, I wonder what causes it....

I reported this issue a bit earlier to Nexus... wasn't sure what was up but I have this and the Tamer forum Favorite .... I'm just fine in here but on the Tamer forum I am not logged in and it tells me that it's "Not Secure"... not sure what's up with that. But when I went to the home page and then to the Tamer Forum from here that seemed to work just fine... very odd indeed.

I had same thing happen i couldn't just hit the login tab it wouldn't take to that page I finally hit the register new account tab as a work around then I was able to log in

I keep two tabs in Crome open one in uhall the other taming forum any one else keeping two tabs open ?

I just jumped over to the tamer forum and was logged out and had to hit the sign up tab again

I did have to do an update to chrome today could that be an issue?

Since people had been long asking for it we've set up SSL. Right now pages can load either as http:// or https:// but in order to login etc. you're forced to use the secure format so update your links to "

https://stratics.com

" and everything should be good.

We've added an encryption layer to the site, so you don't have to worry about your password being transmitted in plain-text.

Sites with this encryption layer are prefixed by https:// instead of http:// as part of the sites URL. Right now, you can look at Stratics with or without using the encryption layer, however if you want to login etc. you'll need to login via the secure address.

Just redo your links and it'll stay that way just fine.

I know Stratics has done SSL before, and there were always issues with it server side and with other services.
Have those issues been taken care of?

REALLY don't want to keep updating all my links every time there is an SSL change.

"https" - need to make sure that is at the front of all your Stratics URLs now.

If you have any old links, chances are the "S" isn't in there and you will need to update the URL on the link. If you log in, and then click on an old link that is only "http", it will log you out. Annoying, but fixable.

The login issue is happening again, specifically when I open another forum in a new window.

Yes, I have updated all my links to https...the issue even occurs when selecting forums off the main Stratics page.
