i went to the main UO stratics page and was gonna go over to the monster hunting guide, where all the in game critters are listed.

i hit the hunters guide like i always do and it took me to here,

where there are no monsters to look at.
and the paragon one goes to a dead HTML page.

Neither a log in area at the top of the forum page, nor the "whats new" etc.
Similar for http://uo2.stratics.com/:
No login button in the top menu. Tried to log in via the login area at the down right menu. Ended up on:
http://uo2.stratics.com/wp-login.php with a "wordpress error".
Upload of .jpgs (new clean up pigments) failed due to an error after 100% were shown.

Apologies. I just checked, and found the bug not allowing uploads. You should also stay logged in now. I have tested both with all 3 browsers and confirmed it working.

I tried telling Taylor to go with IPB . Note for next time a major thing needs to be done on forums, include in the warning message that upon forums coming back online members might need to clear cache and cookies. That will resolve most 403 errors etc.

In other news, occasionally the pages load without the CSS. I'm not sure what is causing this, but it is on Stratic's end as this is the only site that it happens with and started only after the migration.

This was probably due to me slamming the host so hard copying literal terabytes of data. If it is still happening please let me know.

Yeah still getting forum pages loading with CSS missing, have to keep doing a Ctrl+F5 Refresh to get page to load properly, sometimes works, if it doesn't load with CSS after two tries i have to close out browser and start over.

Then it said Stratics was not an offered site....
After doing every trick on 3 computers to get a web browser to except the entry for Stratics.... I was about to say pfft and let it go....

Found a possible cause for my difficulties to find the old login zone and various links at the head of the page: theme "animate"




First thought: fields are hidden, but no:

Stumbled over http://stratics.com/community/threads/how-to-change-themes.262874/
and switched theme: There it is the main nav bar back again!



This theme might need an slight overhaul too: There are a "Home" and "Forums" button in each of the two nav bars and this theme lacks the "suggestion box", that is presented in "animate"

Beside that probleme, there is one for me (IE 10 newly updated) with [try of translation:] "a script with a runtime too long, which avoids stratics to react", when i push the Forums button

And for http://uo2.stratics.com/ :
Wasnt there a login field with a key Icon next to it in the head nav bar at the top right? Still miss it.
