[Discussion] Strange Ticket w/ glitched gump

-Anyone have an idea on this? I've seen plenty of the half prize tickets but never one with a glitched gump like this - was told it may be unique. Figured I'd post to see if anyone knows wtf it is, or if a collector of oddities might want it.

Try uninsuring it. If I am not mistaken it is an old newb ticket.

it was uninsured when I found it actually (at an idoc) and looked like that.

Just to confirm I went ahead and did that though and it still looks goofy!

I have recently found a couple like that myself. I need to find them and see if they have the same serial number. Would be pretty neat if the ones messed up like that had the same number.

I may be incorrect here, but I thought the old numbered tickets were part of this system here from 1999...

I could be sorely mistaken though. Back then, they used A LOT of ticket systems that I can remember. But I was in middle school and remembering things from UO wasn't a main priority back then lol.
