Hey everyone I'm really at a loss here and I figure ill come here and see if someone has some advice for me or knows whats going on with my UO account. So basically I took a break from UO for a month and I wanted to come back for the expansion. I go to the UO site and I go to log in. My password did not work so I took the proper steps to reset my master mythic account password. I entered in my email and I received and email instantly with instructions how to change my password. I clicked the link and was prompted to enter my new password. As I hit the save button i received this error, "error processing request". I've tried this on multiple computers, browsers ect. I've emailed UO support, EA support and broadsword support and even Messana with this issue. No one has helped me. Its been almost three weeks of me trying to figure this out. Obviously there is something wrong with their website but I don't understand how it is not fixed by now. Is anyone else experiencing this issue??
Another weird issue I found is I can log into my EA account on the EA website and see past payment history of when I was billed for UO but in the about section it says I have no connected games tied to my account. That just doesn't make sense to me. Also I was under the impression that the mythic master account name and your EA account login were the same, But my EA account info will not let me log into my master mythic account. If anyone has any clue about this or what I should do it would be much appreciated. Thanks!
