Strange problem with a promotional code I just purchased

I bought an advanced character code just now,and the code is two digits too long for the field given. It's six sections by four digits each section...plus a seventh section of two digits that will not fit into the field and the system rejects the code. GM help pending....

its 6-5-5-5-5 . just change the dashes. Seems like this could be a minor fix bvut its been this way for months now

This fixed my issues when claiming a transfer token about two weeks ago, just gotta edit the code when submitting
