Strange Change to my Classic Client

Ok I have 7 characters and only 1 character has this problem, His Skill Gump only shows Misc. and nothing else, and no skills anywhere. I tried a few things, finally uninstalled and reinstalled whole client... Gump is still broken!!! Is this a known issue?? And is there a fix? Thank You Very Much!

Go to that character's client files (located in your Documents or My Documents folder) - and replace the skillgrp.mul file for that character with that of another character that you had set up similarly to it before.
