Strange Bank Happenings

I was at luna bank doing some banking of the NASTY guilds loot when something New/Old happened. This was long after me and the Nasty's fought (at least 5 mins). Was very strange... For no reason at all, one of the Nastys Beetles attacked my beetle. My beetle went grey and was killed (I stayed blue amazingly). This was after I heard a barding music go off. He didnt atttack me nor I him. So I ran off and rez'd my beetle and came back to the bank 3 min later to make sure that it wasnt a timer thing. I stood there for about 30 secs, heard another barding music go off and BAMM one of the nastys got GW'd. Then not 2 mins later, I hear another barding music go off and BAMM the other nasty hits the floor. (I did take time to dry loot them both since all the items were of a PvP nature and not any good to them in the GZ that they often refuse to leave).

All Tamers beware of bards again. Something unfair is again afoot. I did page a GM over this matter of strangeness and was given the standard Blow Off letter.

That was me barding. All i was doing was useing peacemaking on myself. Im not sure how it would of affected you except for saying, " You hear lovely music makeing you forget about battle" or something like that.
And if you are implying that I am in cahoots with the those NSTY fellows you are greatly mistaken. I do not keep company with such as them.

Can someone do a controlled experiment to see if area peace has any effect on pets in a guardzone?

If it does we need to report it in detail in a bug report.

We know that what is perceived to have happened isn't always what actually happened, so if anyone can shed any light on this happening - without breaking RoC, let's hear it.

Actually my theory, such as it is, is whispered or context menu commands to the pets. Am I right in thinking a pet told to attack another pet won't give a 'name is attacking you' message to the second pet's owner?
