Store item idea-custom paintings

So I have an idea for a store item. This would be a vanity/deco item that is not needed for gameplay, so I think it's quite appropriate for the store.

We have books you can write in in-game. Why not paintings you can paint?

-You would purchase for whatever sovereign amount a "painting set".

-Open it to select the size of painting you want--have a few pre-selected sizes to choose from (small or large horizontal, small or large vertical, small or large square, and round for example, based on pre-existing in-game artwork).

-Selecting size and background color would give you a "blank canvas". From there you would choose a jpg or bmp file to "paint" on it. Each selectable size would correspond with dimensions your image would need to be created with (maybe each painting set should come with a book of instructions, sort of like teleporter tiles do). (Alternatively, to avoid people uploading questionable/copyrighted material, you could have to draw it entirely in a MSPaint-type shell.)

-Finalize/verify choices.

-Your image would be skewed to look like a UO painting on the normal view, and viewable in full by double clicking it (like some of the maps in game). To be viewed it would have to be locked down in a house with security settings. You could name it and it could have your character's name on it.

So you'd end up with an item something like "The Dirigible Dream by Kyronix":

Players love customization options, and I think something like this would be a fun flavor item. Since no gameplay or pre-existing mechanics are affected, it would be a really cool and unique store item that shouldn't raise too many objections.

Now I know that people could (and assuredly would) abuse something like this, but a clear policy that paintings that violate the RoC and ToS would be deleted by GMs upon discovery/report, and the fact that people would have to purchase them for extra money, should suffice to keep it reasonably in check. Any special rules for it should be included in the instruction book, and maybe even a warning during the finalization stage.

My husband and I both have RP characters who are artists (a goblin finger painter and a dubiously skilled but enthusiastic human painter). I would buy lots of these if they were available, especially if they were priced at a point where I could buy a bunch at a time. They would make great gifts for players to exchange and add a really fun option to RP.

I'm sure it would take some programming and tweaking but I think it would be wonderful. Some of the basis for it already exists with writable books and open-able maps/art.

Who else would buy these?
This is a nice idea, but there are two issues that make in unviable. Firstly, all gump art/tileart has to get patched down to the client. The lag time between submission to getting it in game is an entire publish cycle. The other is a game development theorem known as "TTP" Google it (at your own risk) if you'd like to learn more.
