Stone Form

Does anyone know if/how much Faster Cast it takes to off set the Stone Forms slower cast penalty?

stone form is -2 so faster cast items of 2 should counter it !atleast to 0!
so basically looks like the effect would be the same seems that -2 and 0 have the same effect!

so to counter it and give you fc 2 you would need 4 fc

it can be countered i just logged in cast stone form showed -2 fc then put on jewels this took it to 0 then put on fc sword and took me to +1
