Not sure if it would be simple or difficult, but the Citadel ninjas will sometimes drop "Stolen Goods Belonging to X," brown hued crates which, upon arrival to "X," will produce a crappy bag of items as a reward. Change that to a bubble of Honesty, Devs. Maybe even some karma?
