No longer spawns sadly. Only way to get them is to buy off another player.

imo it's not something they should have taken out. Yeah, know there were part of the plot line (like the Bane Dragon - which they touted would be on the same level as the dread mare-NOT) and had to go away at the end of the arc. For me though the only way a pet should be "rare" is by color and stat, not by the type. Bad decision by the higher ups on that one.

Yepp. Which is why the Bane Dragons came along. They were supposed to balance the outcry of people wanting a Dread, and at the same time not killing the value of the Dreads. 0-2 by my count tho lol.
Balances nothing now people are going to cry about both...
Personally I think that they should put the Dreads and Banes in maybe once every year alternate them one year the Bane next the Dread every Halloween or something..... give us a bit of something to look forward too... and hey I wouldn't mind if they put the Bane Chosen back in I was happy fighting them and the Vanguard.
I say bring it back.

IMO- which as most of you know, I am happy to share-
1. Bane Chosen should have a perm outpost somewhere.
2. Make Dread Mares like a paragon Nightmare, except everywhere a nightmare can spawn like a 10% chance it's a Dread Mare.
3. Bane should raid places from time to time, along with Orcs, Ogres, Trolls.... a Flight of Dragons on a town would be down right awesome.

I would like to see a monthly random spawn in say...... Tokuno of the Dread mare... you have to go to find out if it has spawned opening it up for players to find and use the place
then add in a spawn of the Bane dragon in islh. set up the same way. To find them you just have to go out and look.

It cant hurt the value that much but gives a 26 gain in the creatures per month. (all shards get 1)

Keeping the value of dreads is a lame excuse to not re-introduce it again.
They should just add the dread and bane spawns into the game again and be done with it.
And this is coming from a player that has dreads on both shards I play...
