Still no character transfer :(

I have been trying to do this for so long now, that my moving packies just bonded with me I managed to transfer a character from another account. Then I again tried with the one I am wanting to move...nothing....decided to take my imbuer from this same account and it worked! I was hoping that the original character would finally be able to transfer after the 24 hour period, but again nope. I am beyond frustrated at this point and STILL waiting for the next tier of support. Any other ideas??

How about emailing me if your still having issues and tell me the account and character name your having the issue with. I will look into this.
