Still can't enter Retribution

I'm using the Classic Abyss client, and I can get to the character creation screen, but I can't enter the game... My account is a trial, is that the problem?

Might be because they just brought the shard down to fix some crashes.. give it a few :)

Nope, I've been trying all day, even when they just opened it. I can connect to the character creation screen, but I can't enter the game.

The shard just went down again for a 20 minute publish.

I checked the Publish 58 notes from March 19th that placed a number of restrictions on trial accounts (http://update.uo.com/design_598.html) and didn't see anything that says they cannot use test center shards. However, that doesn't mean that Retribution's not a special case and perhaps EA decided it would be better not to allow trial accounts to access it.

Try again in 20 minutes or so and if it still doesn't work, you may have to just wait and hope someone official answers.

Yeah, I try creating a character but once it displays "Creating Character" it sends me immediately to the login screen. So I can't get on.
